Unless item received was damaged or a mistake was made on our part, no returns are accepted. Every single item listed on our site is handmade. Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made to order items, we are not able to issue refunds once the product has been started. Please check turnaround times before placing your order and understand that given turnaround time is an estimated timeframe of when the product will be shipping. We do our best to have items shipped out as quickly as possible but occasionally we do fall behind due to a high demand for our products.
