New Order Update System Is Now In Effect!

Over the past few years our most difficult day to day issue has been keeping our customers updated during the process of making custom orders. As of February 20th, 2022, we now have the ability to update each customer individually at each stage of the production process! Going forward, updates will be sent out as soon as an order is started. We are working to update all orders that are already in production and we will do so as those orders move out of one stage and into the next. This will take a few weeks but we are expecting all current orders to be updated with the new system by Mid March 2022. We are making a lot of changes and its all to make your experience with us smoother and more enjoyable! Thank you for your continued support and we are looking forward to better serving you in 2022!
